  • Detailed, in-depth steps of the OSHA inspection process
  • What to do when OSHA shows up at your door
  • Employer’s & employee’s rights during an OSHA inspection
  • What your employees need to know about the OSHA Inspection process and how they should react to OSHA’s questions
  • The different citation categories and what they mean
  • Defenses against OSHA citations
  • How OSHA penalties are calculated
  • Different levels of exposure and how they affect your penalties
